Conditions of sale
- Gift vouchers are sent on receipt of payment (cheque or credit card)
- The date can be set in advance if you wish. It will then be indicated on the gift voucher.
- The date can also be set by the person receiving the gift voucher, at their convenience. Bookings must be made 1 week in advance. Gift vouchers are valid until the end of December 2007.
- For all payments by cheque, allow 1 month before the specified date to allow time for us to send out the gift voucher(s) once we have received the cheque.Accueil Hôtel will contact you to confirm the amount of payment.
- For all payments by credit card, Accueil Hôtels will phone you once the booking application has been received and will then debit your payment.
